Blockchain startup Nava has successfully raised $8.3 million in a seed funding round led by Polychain and Archetype. The company aims to mitigate risks associated with AI financial agents through a custodial and on-chain verification framework. Nava's solution involves initially locking user funds in custody. When an AI agent proposes a transaction, it undergoes on-chain verification to ensure alignment with user intent. Transactions are executed only upon successful verification; otherwise, funds remain in custody. Verification decisions are recorded on-chain for reference by other AI systems.
