BlackRock's iShares ETFs reported a record $205 billion in net inflows for Q3, driven by strong demand for crypto-related products. The firm's digital asset ETFs, including the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) and iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA), saw significant growth, with $17 billion in net inflows this quarter, bringing the year-to-date total to $34 billion. As of September, BlackRock's crypto assets under management reached nearly $104 billion. The iShares Bitcoin Trust, a leading spot Bitcoin ETF, has been a major contributor to BlackRock's success, holding over 800,000 BTC and generating substantial fees. This surge in institutional interest has helped propel Bitcoin to new highs, with prices exceeding $126,000. BlackRock's total assets under management rose to $13.46 trillion, marking a 17% increase from the previous year, as both earnings and revenue surpassed expectations.
