Bitwise has announced plans to close and liquidate two of its crypto exchange-traded funds (ETFs): the Bitwise Trendwise BTC/ETH and Treasuries Rotation Strategy ETF (BTOP) and the Bitwise Web3 ETF (BWEB). Investors are advised to sell their shares by May 21, 2026, to avoid automatic redemption. Shares not sold by the deadline will be redeemed in cash at the net asset value (NAV) of each ETF. Distributions are expected to be processed through brokers or financial intermediaries around May 29, 2026.
