Bitwise has submitted applications to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for 11 new cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The filings, made on December 30, include ETFs focused on tokens such as AAVE, UNI, and ZEC, among others. These ETFs are designed to allocate 60% of their assets directly into the underlying cryptocurrencies and 40% into exchange-traded products (ETPs) that invest in those cryptocurrencies. Derivatives may also be used to gain investment exposure. Trading codes and fees for these ETFs have not yet been disclosed.
