Bitwise Asset Management has announced it will allocate 10% of its Hyperliquid ETF management fees to purchasing HYPE tokens, enhancing its exposure to the Hyperliquid ecosystem. This strategic move aligns with Hyperliquid's community-focused model, which uses 99% of its revenue for token buybacks and burns, aiming to boost token scarcity and community engagement. The Hyperliquid ETF, launched last week, recorded a strong debut with $4.31 million in first-day trading volume, contributing to over $12 million in combined net assets managed by Hyperliquid ETFs. The HYPE token saw a 3% increase, trading near $45, as trading activity surged following the introduction of pre-IPO SpaceX stock products on the platform. Additionally, Coinbase's partnership as the USDC treasury deployer further strengthened institutional ties within the Hyperliquid network.
