Bitmine Immersion (BMNR) has announced the appointment of Young Kim as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Kim, who brings over 20 years of experience in finance, venture capital, and engineering, will also join the board of directors, reporting to Chairman Thomas Lee. The company plans to hold its annual shareholder meeting on January 15 in Las Vegas, where discussions will include board re-elections, an increase in authorized capital, and incentive plans.
