Bitmain has reduced prices for its Bitcoin mining rigs, effective December 23, 2025, in response to declining miner revenue per hashrate. The price cuts affect the S19 Hydro and S21 models, with some units now available for as low as $3 per terahash (TH) and $7–$8 per TH before applying coupons.
The decision comes as miners face compressed hashprice margins and increased network difficulty. Bitmain's hosting packages offer power rates ranging from 5.5 to 7.0 cents per kilowatt-hour, plus a 0.3 cent management fee, aiming to attract miners amid challenging market conditions.
