Chairman and CEO Leo Lu highlighted the company's growth and strategic direction in an open letter, noting BitFuFu's stable operations through various market cycles. The company, which went public on NASDAQ in March 2024, serves over 640,000 users and has achieved annual profitability. According to Frost & Sullivan, BitFuFu is the world's largest cloud computing power platform, managing a peak computing power of over 38 EH/s and a peak power capacity of 752 megawatts. Looking ahead, BitFuFu plans to transition from a light-asset model to a vertically integrated approach, focusing on self-generated power for mining and integrating cloud computing power with real-world assets. The company also aims to expand into new global regions and partnerships while maintaining compliance.
