Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms has announced the sale of its Paso Pe mining farm to Sympatheia Power Fund for $30 million. The deal, managed by Singapore-based Hawksburn Capital, includes an initial $9 million cash payment expected in the first quarter of 2026, with the remaining $21 million to be paid within 10 months post-closing. This sale signifies Bitfarms' exit from the Latin American market.
