Bitcoin.com has announced a $1 million rewards initiative to boost the adoption of its privacy-enhanced stablecoin, Freedom Dollar (fUSD). Built on the Zano blockchain, fUSD is designed to offer privacy and censorship resistance through features like ring signatures, stealth addresses, and confidential transactions. This contrasts with custodial stablecoins such as Tether, which have previously frozen user funds. The campaign aims to educate users on fUSD's capabilities through in-app quests, encouraging its use for private transactions. Rewards will be distributed based on the completion of these quests, with availability varying by region and lasting until the pool is depleted.
