Bitcoin closed around $54,000–$55,000 on September 8 as its rebound continued, while large deposit volumes on spot exchanges did not show an abnormal surge, CryptoQuant analyst Woominkyu reported. Daily inflows into the top 10 spot exchanges reached 5,442 BTC on September 8, 4.4 times the previous day but only 5.1% above the 30-day average. The seven-day average inflow stood at 4,678 BTC, below several peaks seen earlier this year. The recent price rebound has not been matched by a significant rise in large deposit activity, offering limited evidence of sustained selling pressure from large transfers. The key metric to watch is whether the seven-day average inflow continues rising as prices weaken.
