Bitcoin's Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) ratio has dropped to the 5th percentile, indicating that the cryptocurrency is in a historically undervalued zone, according to CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost. This metric suggests that Bitcoin's current price is lower than 95% of its historical levels, highlighting a potential long-term bottoming range. The MVRV ratio, which compares Bitcoin's market capitalization to its realized value, has been used to assess whether the asset is over or undervalued. Earlier this year, a similar situation occurred when Bitcoin's price fell below $60,000, with the MVRV dropping below 10%. Such conditions have historically aligned with periods of price consolidation and potential recovery.
