Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Bitbank announced it will suspend accounts involved with decentralized prediction markets like Polymarket. The exchange stated that using these platforms from Japan could be considered gambling, even if they are based overseas. Once banned, users will lose access to all account functions, including trading and transactions. Bitbank clarified it will not be responsible for any losses resulting from these bans.
