The purchase was funded by a recent $150 million convertible note financing, with investors including Kraken Financial, Jump Trading Credit, and Jane Street Capital. Bit Digital, which transitioned in July to focus on Ethereum staking and vault services, now ranks third among ETH vault companies in terms of holdings.
