Binance has introduced Auto Order Routing, a new spot trading feature that automatically compares order books between local currency pairs and more liquid intermediary pairs to secure better pricing. The system routes orders through whichever path offers the optimal quoted price, eliminating the need for users to manually execute multiple conversion steps.
The feature initially supports U-quoted symbols with USD, USD1, USDC, and other quote assets rolling out subject to regulatory approvals. Users pay only one standard trading fee at their applicable VIP tier rate—no additional commission is charged on the intermediary conversion leg—and BNB fee discounts remain active. Both market and limit order types are supported, and the routing can be toggled on or off via the Trading Mode dropdown. Binance notes that price improvement is an opportunity rather than a guarantee, as order books continue to evolve after routing decisions are made.
