Indian payment company BillDesk plans to acquire the Indian payment operations of French payment giant Worldline in a deal valued at approximately $70 million. As part of the transaction, Worldline will enter into a long-term technology and software partnership with BillDesk, ensuring the continued operation of its software stack in India. The deal is expected to be finalized in the second half of 2026.
