Bhutan has sold 100 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $8.1 million, as part of its ongoing liquidation strategy. According to data from Arkham, Bhutan has been steadily reducing its Bitcoin holdings, having sold about $230.39 million worth of BTC since the start of the year. The country currently holds around $252 million in Bitcoin, with an average monthly sell-off of $50 million. If Bhutan continues at this pace, it is expected to fully liquidate its Bitcoin holdings by the end of September. At its peak, Bhutan's Bitcoin reserves amounted to around 11,000 BTC. Should the remaining Bitcoin be sold at current market prices, Bhutan could realize approximately $767 million in on-chain profits.
