The Berachain Foundation has announced a strategic shift in its year-end update, revealing the reduction of its retail marketing team to focus on core development. The foundation confirmed that the transition was amicable and that Chief Developer Alberto will be departing. Moving forward, Berachain plans to concentrate on 3-5 high-confidence applications, prioritizing projects with revenue models less dependent on market volatility and with minimal overlap with the existing ecosystem. These projects will receive dedicated PoL token incentives and official support.
