The Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, along with other departments, has released a set of measures aimed at accelerating the development of intelligent agents and the token economy. The initiative encourages innovation in developing general-purpose processors and specialized inference chips to enhance intelligent agent systems. Key technologies such as inference architecture and intelligent scheduling are targeted for advancement to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The measures also aim to reshape product forms and service models, fostering new business models like Token as a Service (TaaS) and Agent as a Service (AaaS). Additionally, the plan includes increasing support through computing power vouchers and exploring the issuance of Token vouchers to promote the application of intelligent agents across various sectors.
