This collaboration aims to transform BBVA into an AI-native bank, enhancing customer service, business operations, and software development. The initiative will also focus on improving risk management, operational efficiency, and employee productivity. BBVA employees have already developed over 20,000 custom GPTs, with around 4,000 actively used in areas such as legal, risk, customer service, finance, and marketing. This move underscores BBVA's commitment to leveraging AI to redesign its operating model and improve overall business performance.
