Sonali Theisen has been named the head of the global digital assets platform, where she will oversee the design, development, expansion, and governance of digital asset platforms, integrating them with traditional financial infrastructure. Theisen will also continue her role as head of global fixed income, foreign exchange, and commodities electronic trading and market strategic investments.
Adam Dixon, previously appointed as the head of global digital asset transformation, will manage tokenized deposits, stablecoins, digital collateral circulation, crypto trading settlement, and custody services. Additionally, Kevin Milsom has been appointed as the head of platform AI transformation, focusing on the application of AI across business platforms and daily operations.
