Backpack EU has announced the acquisition of a MiCA license and a payment institution license from the Bank of Latvia. This development, shared on the X platform, enhances Backpack EU's regulatory standing, allowing it to provide services across all 27 EU member states. With the addition of these licenses, Backpack EU now holds three key licenses, including the previously obtained MiFID II license, covering crypto, brokerage, and payment services.
