B2C2 has obtained a crypto-asset service provider license from Luxembourg's financial regulator, CSSF, allowing it to offer over-the-counter (OTC) spot trading services throughout the European Union. This development positions B2C2 as the first globally licensed OTC liquidity provider under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulatory framework. The license enables B2C2 to operate across all EU member states and three European Economic Area countries using the passporting mechanism. This follows B2C2's registration as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024, marking a significant expansion of its trading capabilities in the region.
