Trading commenced on the AQSE Growth Market under the ticker "HODL" at 8:00 AM local time. The company aims to generate income by accumulating Bitcoin and leveraging its reserves. Led by Freddie New, a former lawyer and co-founder of Bitcoin Policy UK, B HODL is supported by CoinCorner, a UK Bitcoin exchange holding a 14.3% stake. CoinCorner's CEO, Danny Scott, serves as the Chief Bitcoin Officer and a director of B HODL. Additionally, Blockstream CEO Adam Back is a significant shareholder, owning over 25.5% of the company's shares.
