Flop Labs will open its development network (Devnet) in the coming days, allowing anyone to participate as a miner or validator, according to Arthur Hayes. The network will also support agents connecting to it during this phase. Hayes clarified that participation in the Devnet will not earn any token allocation. The purpose of this stage is to conduct public tests before transitioning to Testnet or executing an airdrop.
