Anthony Pompliano, Chairman of ProCap, has suggested that Bitcoin's growth may slow as Wall Street's involvement alters the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market. Speaking on the X platform, Pompliano noted that Bitcoin's integration into traditional finance is leading some early adopters to exit, while simultaneously reducing the asset's risk profile. Despite this, he believes Bitcoin will continue to outperform stock indices over the next decade, though not at the previous annualized returns exceeding 80%. Pompliano highlighted that Bitcoin's decentralization now spans from retail investors to major financial institutions, showcasing its resilience through economic crises. He also disclosed an increase in his personal Bitcoin holdings in 2025, aligning with Charlie Munger's philosophy that wealth is built through patience rather than frequent trading.
