Flying Tulip's public offering will occur in four rounds: Early Access, Supporter Whitelist, Intent Whitelist, and Open Public, with consistent fundraising terms across all rounds. Previously, Flying Tulip secured a $200 million seed round, achieving a token valuation of $1 billion.
