Anchorage Digital has announced the acquisition of Hedgey, a company specializing in cap table management and token generation event (TGE) technology. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Hedgey provides tools for token allocation, distribution, and vesting management, supporting TGEs and ongoing tracking post-launch. Anchorage plans to integrate Hedgey's platform and team to reduce operational friction and errors in cap table management, thereby expanding its role in token lifecycle management from creation to custody, investment, and related services.
