Anchorage Digital has acquired Securitize For Advisors, the wealth management division of Securitize, to enhance its offerings for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). The acquisition, reported on December 22, includes the Securitize For Advisors team and its front-end platform, which will be integrated with Anchorage's federally regulated digital asset custody service. While the financial terms were not disclosed, the advisory division has seen significant growth, with deposits and net assets under management increasing by over 4500% in the past year.
