The American Innovation Project (AIP), a nonprofit funded by Coinbase and a16z, has announced a new fellowship program aimed at bringing young talent with expertise in cryptocurrency and cutting-edge technologies to Capitol Hill. The program targets recent graduates and those graduating in spring 2026. Participants will undergo several weeks of online training covering topics such as crypto, AI, biotechnology, and defense technology. Following the training, fellows will engage in a year-long practical experience in bipartisan congressional offices, including the House Financial Services Committee and the Agriculture Committee.
