Amber International Holding Limited said it is rebranding from Amber Premium to AMBR, signaling the start of a business transformation into an AI agent company. The Nasdaq-listed firm said it will focus on building dedicated AI agents for the financial, enterprise, and growth sectors. The company also launched Ambre, its flagship personal finance AI agent, and opened its marketing AI agent, MIA, to enterprise clients.
