Alpha Compute, a Nasdaq-listed company, has completed its acquisition of a 60% controlling stake in the gaming and digital rewards platform GAMEE for approximately $11 million. This transaction, which values GAMEE at around $18 million, was finalized with all regulatory and closing conditions met. Animoca Brands was the seller in this deal. Following the acquisition, Alpha Compute plans to launch a new AI gaming division named Alpha Games, signaling its strategic expansion into the gaming sector. This move is expected to leverage GAMEE's platform to enhance digital rewards and gaming experiences.
