Alibaba Cloud has joined the Omacom Foundation as a founding corporate sponsor with a $3 million commitment, providing $1 million annually over three years to support the development and promotion of Omarchy. The partnership includes building Omarchy China infrastructure with local CDN, hosting, and community events, while adapting the platform for Qwen model integration and services tailored to Chinese users. The collaboration centers on positioning Omarchy as the AI agent operating system for the newly announced Qwen Book, a native AI agent computer adopting an "OS as Harness" concept that integrates models, operating systems, applications, cloud services, and hardware. Compatible with both ARM and x86 architectures, the first Qwen Book release will be based on ARM architecture. With Alibaba Cloud's participation, the Omacom Foundation's cumulative committed support has reached approximately $21.7 million.
