Argentine economist and crypto trader Alex Krüger has outlined 15 factors contributing to the ongoing crypto bear market. Key issues include the "1011" liquidation, tepid interest in treasury company stocks, and the perceived threat from quantum computing. Additionally, Krüger highlights the AI substitution effect, where capital, talent, and mining companies are shifting focus to AI, as well as political risks associated with Trump, a lack of innovation in the crypto sector, excessive token supply, and the nomination of Wash as the new Federal Reserve Chair. Krüger's analysis was supported by Nic Carter, co-founder of Castle Island Ventures, who emphasized that the market downturn cannot be attributed to a single event. Carter noted that many of the issues Krüger identified are complex and challenging, underscoring the multifaceted nature of the current market conditions.
