Alchemy Pay has obtained a Money Transmitter License (MTL) in Delaware, enhancing its regulatory compliance in the United States. This license allows the company to offer regulated money transfer and fiat-to-crypto payment services in the state. With Delaware, Alchemy Pay now holds MTL licenses in 15 states, including Arkansas, Iowa, and Minnesota, among others. The company has also filed for additional licenses in several other states, aiming to broaden its fiat-to-crypto payment business. Alchemy Pay's compliance strategy supports its future plans to launch its own stablecoin and stablecoin public chain, Alchemy Chain.
