Australian fintech company Airwallex is forming a stablecoin platform team to create a global token settlement system. The initiative includes hiring two engineers to develop infrastructure that enables customers and internal systems to purchase, hold, send, and settle tokens worldwide. The platform aims to support near-instant global payments, enhance on-chain liquidity, and facilitate seamless fiat-to-stablecoin conversions.
