China's industrial sector is witnessing significant AI integration, with adoption rates among large enterprises exceeding 30%, according to Gan Xiaobin, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Speaking at a press conference in Shanghai, Gan highlighted that the annual production of humanoid robots is expected to surpass 100,000 units this year, marking a substantial increase in AI-driven manufacturing capabilities. The Ministry is actively promoting initiatives like "Model-Data Resonance" and "Real-Scene Training for Humanoid Robots," aiming to enhance AI applications in manufacturing. The upcoming World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai will also see the release of the "International AI Ethics Governance Action Plan" by the China-BRICS AI Development and Cooperation Center, underscoring China's commitment to ethical AI development.
