Adobe said it will invest more than $4 billion through a partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Humain, an AI company backed by the Saudi government. The plan will provide more than 27 million eligible Saudi citizens and residents with 12 months of free access to AI tools.
Users will receive access to an Adobe Firefly Standard subscription and selected Adobe Express Premium features. The offering also includes an image generation model jointly developed by Adobe and Humain and optimized for Saudi culture.
