Ziff Davis plans to focus on its vertical media brands such as IGN and Mashable, alongside businesses like Everyday Health, following the sale. The Connectivity division is expected to generate $231 million in revenue by 2025, accounting for 16% of Ziff Davis's total revenue. The proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes and capital allocation activities.
