AAVE has raised the loan-to-value limits for WBTC and cbBTC on its V3 Ethereum Core market to 81%, up from 73%. The adjustment allows borrowers to take on approximately 11% more debt against the same amount of Bitcoin collateral.
The higher LTV cap reduces the liquidation buffer available at maximum borrowing levels, increasing risk exposure for positions operating near full capacity.
