Stani Kulechov, founder of the decentralized finance platform Aave, has purchased a luxury mansion in London's Notting Hill for £22 million (approximately $30 million). This acquisition ranks among the most expensive transactions in the UK's luxury property market over the past year. The purchase, completed last November, was made for about £2 million less than the property's initial guide price, just a week before the UK budget announcement.
