French semiconductor firm Sequans Communications has sold its remaining 314 Bitcoin, fully exiting its Bitcoin treasury strategy. The company previously held more than 3,200 BTC before completing the liquidation.
The exit follows the redemption of convertible debt in May, enabling Sequans to refocus on its core cellular Internet of Things (IoT) and software-defined radio businesses. The sale marks the complete unwinding of the company's cryptocurrency holdings as it redirects resources toward its primary semiconductor operations.
