The Estonian Financial Supervision Authority has issued a warning to BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operator of Zondacrypto, for not publishing the whitepaper for the "TeamPL" token on its website. This action violates Article 9(1) of the EU's MiCA framework, which mandates that whitepapers be publicly accessible as long as the crypto asset is held by the public. Additionally, Zondacrypto has faced withdrawal issues, and Polish authorities have initiated an investigation into the exchange.
