BitMine Immersion Technologies has significantly increased its Ethereum holdings, adding 138,452 ETH last week, bringing its total to 3,864,951 ETH. This purchase, valued at approximately $435 million based on a price of $3,139 per ETH, marks a 156% increase in weekly acquisitions compared to the previous month. BitMine now controls about 3.2% of the total Ethereum supply and aims to increase this to 5%. In addition to its Ethereum holdings, BitMine possesses 193 BTC, $1 billion in cash, and a $36 million investment in "Moonshot," totaling $13.2 billion in assets. The company's strategic accumulation of Ethereum underscores its commitment to expanding its influence in the cryptocurrency market.
