What Is a Trading Bots Voucher?

A Trading Bots Voucher is an exclusive benefit offered by Phemex for users who engage in Trading Bots. It allows you to experience Trading Bot products such as Contract Grid Bot and Contract Martingale Bot and create bots without using your own funds.

Trading Bots Voucher Distribution Rules

1. Trading Bots Vouchers are distributed directly to your Rewards Hub. No manual claiming is required.

2. You can view all voucher records and details under Rewards Hub → My Rewards → Vouchers → Trading Bot Voucher.

3. Voucher issuance, usage status, and expiration alerts will be communicated via in-app messages and email.

How to Obtain Trading Bots Vouchers

1. Event Rewards: Participate in official Phemex campaigns or missions to receive Trading Bots Vouchers.

2. Targeted Distribution: Phemex may distribute vouchers to eligible users based on platform criteria.

How to Use a Trading Bots Voucher

You now have two ways to use a Trading Bots Voucher.

Option 1 — Use from Rewards Hub

1. Go to Rewards Hub → My Rewards and select an available Trading Bots Voucher.

2. Click Create Bot. The system will direct you to an eligible bot configuration.

3. Confirm and launch — the bot will appear in your Trading Bots list with an airdrop label.

Option 2 — Opt-in during Bot Creation

1. Go to the Trading Bots page and start creating a bot that matches your voucher's eligibility — bot type, trading pair, or specific bot, as configured.

2. On the configuration page, tick the "Use Trading Bots Voucher" option to apply an eligible voucher.

3. Configure your parameters and launch the bot.

Voucher Scope & Eligibility

Each voucher's usage scope is defined at the time of issuance and may include any combination of the following attributes:

Rules and Restrictions

1. One-Time Use: Each voucher can only be used once. Closing the bot is considered as using the voucher.

2. Validity Period: Vouchers that are not used within the validity period will expire. Bots created with a voucher will automatically close when the voucher expires.

3. No Stacking or Splitting: Vouchers cannot be combined with other reward types. Vouchers of the same type cannot be stacked or split.

4. Eligibility Match Required: The bot you create must match all of the voucher's configured conditions — bot, bot type, trading pair. Otherwise the voucher cannot be applied.

5. Parameter Settings: By default, bots created with a voucher must use the system-recommended parameters and cannot be modified. A small number of vouchers allow custom parameters when creating a bot — you can check whether your voucher supports this in Rewards Hub → My Rewards. Regardless of whether parameter customization is allowed, Profit Sharing and Auto-Add Margin can never be enabled when using a voucher.

6. Fund Operation Limits:

• Bots created using a voucher cannot add extra investment amounts.

• Profit withdrawal is not allowed while the bot is running.

• Other operations remain unrestricted.

1. Profit and Loss Handling:

• Profits are returned to your contract account in cash, while the voucher airdrop amount is reclaimed.

• Losses are reclaimed directly; the user does not bear any loss.

User Notice & Disclaimer

1. Phemex reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the Trading Bots Voucher rules and to modify them at any time without prior notice.

2. If a user is suspected of cheating or violating platform rules, Phemex may revoke their benefits.

3. Malicious exploitation of benefits may result in account restrictions or suspension.
