A: No Collaborators, Brokers, and Market Makers, Institutional clients are enrolled in their respective dedicated programs and are not eligible for the standard Referral Program rewards.
Q2: Why is the Program not available in my region?
A: To comply with local laws and regulations, the Program is unavailable in certain jurisdictions. The list of restricted regions is subject to change based on legal requirements.
Q3: What if my referral link doesn't work?
A: Make sure the link has been copied completely. If it still fails, contact support for a new link. Warning: Do not click on unofficial phishing links so as to not endanger your assets.
Q4: What if my friend forgot to enter my referral code during sign-up?
A: The referral code must be entered during the initial registration. It cannot be added or modified later on. Please ensure your friend uses your code when creating their account.
Q5: Why haven't I received my commissions?
A: Potential reasons include:

Your commission feature was not activated when the trade occurred.

The trade incurred zero fees or was not classified as a qualified trade.

The Referred User joined the Collaborator Program, became a VIP3+ user, is an institutional client, market maker, broker or used any fee vouchers.

The trade was executed via API or a sub-account (excluded).

Your account or the Referred User's account was disqualified for violations. If commissions are missing after 24 hours, please contact support.
Q6: How are commissions calculated? A: commissions are based on the Referred User's Net Fees:
Net Fees = Total Fees Paid - Trial Fund Deductions - Voucher Deductions - Other Discounts Your Rebate = Net Fees × Your Rebate RateQ7: Why was my commission rate reduced?
A: Your commission rate is dynamically adjusted based on the previous month's referral performance. Please review the commission Tier Rules (click for details) for specific criteria.
Q8: If I am downgraded, will my existing referrals continue at the old rate?
A: No. After the downgrade, the new reduced commission rate will apply to all existing Referred Users immediately.
Q9: My Referred User completed a task, but I didn't get the reward. Why?
A: Possible reasons:

The reward is still under review (up to 7 days).

The Referred User was disqualified for violations.

The reward pool for that event/period has already been depleted.

You have reached the reward cap for the event.
Q10: Can users change their referrer?
A: No. The referral relationship is permanently established upon registration and cannot be transferred or changed by either party.
Q11: What actions can lead to disqualification?
A: Actions include but are not limited to: fake/self-referrals, account trading, wash trading, using bots/scripts, creating phishing sites, impersonating Phemex, unauthorized bidding on branded keywords for promotion, fraud, money laundering, or any breach of platform rules.
Q12: What if a platform issue prevents me from claiming a reward on time?
A: If a verified system error on Phemex's side causes the issue, we will at our discretion:
Extend the claim period for the affected reward or provide an alternative remedy. Any such measures will be officially announced.
