Recently however, we have found an increasing number of users abusing our order book by constantly spamming it with excessive small orders. If our servers detect such violating behavior, further actions may be taken. If your account has been locked in any way, please contact our customer support through our live chat service found on our main page. We will assist you with retrieving any frozen funds.
Please note that we are now setting a limit for trades valued under $200 at 500 per day, per account.
