How to Become a VIP Trader
To become a VIP trader, you are only required to meet either one of the criteria below to unlock the respective VIP Level.
For example, Trader A has a $200K asset balance (VIP 2 criteria), and his last 30-day Spot trading volume has reached $5 million (VIP 4 criteria). Trader A will be promoted to VIP Level 4 and will be entitled to all discounted fee rates stated under VIP 4.

—Traders are only required to meet one of the criteria to unlock the fee discount of the respective VIP Level. For example, Trader A has a $200K asset balance (VIP 2 criteria), and his last 30-day Spot trading volume has reached $5 million (VIP 4 criteria). Trader A will be promoted to VIP Level 4 and will be entitled to all discounted fee rates stated under VIP 4.
—The VIP level will be updated daily at 7AM UTC and the Subaccounts will have the fee rate of the Main Account.
— Trading volume from both Main Account and Subaccount will be considered.
— If your rolling 30-day trading volume meets a threshold, you can instantly enjoy the lower fees and other benefits without having to apply.
How to apply if you are a vip in other exchange？
If you're a VIP on other crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, KuCoin, Deribit, HTX, Crypto.com, BitMEX etc) or if your total trading volume meets Phemex's VIP criteria. Simply email us at vip@phemex.com with your 30-day trading volume from your current exchange. Our Account Manager will reach out if you're eligible for an upgrade.
