How does Phemex Broker work？
1. Account Registration: API brokers must register for an account on Phemex first.
2. Broker ID Assignment: After providing the Phemex account UID, each API broker will be assigned a unique Broker ID.
3. Order Submission & Rebate Calculation: API brokers must submit all orders with the Broker ID attached. Phemex will calculate trading volume and process rebates accordingly.
