What is Futures Position Voucher？

The Futures Position Voucher is a special benefit provided by Phemex. Users can obtain it for free by participating in platform events. This voucher allows users to trade futures without using their own funds, helping them get familiar with trading while also having the chance to earn profits.

How to find the Futures Position Voucher?

1）Log into your Phemex account via the website；

2）Click on "Promotions", then choose "Rewards Hub" from the dropdown menu;

3）Click “My rewards” and select “Futures Position Voucher"
4）Check the voucher information：voucher amount/expiration date/source of reward/pairs supported

How to use the Futures Position Voucher?

1）Open Position

Click “ Open Position” button on the voucher page.
Select your desired trading pair and open long/short.

Notes:

Please use the voucher before the expiration time. After it expires, the position opened with the voucher will be automatically closed at the market price.
The voucher can only be used once and cannot be used again after the position is closed.

2）Check Position

After opening a position, you'll be redirected to the trading page to view your voucher position.

Notes:

Positions opened with a voucher are different from those opened with your own funds and are marked with a special label.

3）TP/SL and Close Position

Set take-profit and stop-loss for the position.
Click the “ Market “ button to close the position.

Notes:

Only market price close is supported. Take-profit/stop-loss and closing positions default to the entire position and cannot be modified.

4）Check Profit

Go back to the “Rewards Hub“ — “My Rewards“ page, select “Futures Position Voucher” and click “Used“ status
Click “ Check Rewards” button on the voucher page and view your rewards information

Notes:

If the position generates a profit upon closing, the profit will be credited to your futures account in cash. If there is no profit, no reward will be granted.
